My first blog
This is my first blog and I am not sure how it is supposed to go, but I will give it a whirl.
I would first like to share my opinion on blog writing and why I have never found it useful until now.
I have always surf the internet, looking for information about my favorite author and singer. I have never thought of those websites as blogs, just information about my favorite author and what their next book or music will be about. I always thought blogging was a type of Dairy or journal one wishes to share with the world. I am a very private person and having always kept my opinions to myself, I never thought that one day I would have a blog. I hope that all who happen upon this blog can bear with me, since I have no idea how to present a blog or how to keep it up and will do my best.

Amanda, I think your choice of the water background is inspired. (Then again, I grew up on the Maine coast, so I'm biased. Don't be afraid to experiment a little bit with fonts that will match the soothing tone of the imagery. You want your blog to set a visual tone.
ReplyDeleteAlso, there's an anonymity to this blog that you might want to correct. At first I didn't know who "Dolphin" was. Perhaps including your bio on this page would clear that up? Be sure to send out an email to your classmates via your gmail account with your URL to remind them to follow your blog.
